Today we had opportunity to see some Australian animals. They were very cute and I was happy to touch them. Above all, I was so excited that I was able to wrap a python around my neck. When we went to Manly ocean aquarium, I heard that it cost AU$10 to wrap it. But today it was free and I could experience it. How lukey I was!
I was really enjoyed with animals, but I also felt pity that animals even in Australia are decreasing. I had thought It is natural there aren't many wild animals and they are decreasing in Japan, and Australia is blessed with nature and animals live there peacefully. But it was shallow thinking. Development is happened in all over the world every day. I had avoided thinking about such difficult things unconsiously and I had thought it is only Japanese case, other country where has much nature is not like Japan. We can spend confortable time thanks to technical innovation, but it is also destroying nature. It is very difficult problem.
Anyway I was luckey to see many animals today. Oh,I thought a little bit that I shouldn't have bought Possum far glove for my father(^o^;)

International Communication

Today we had a conversation class with local students of Japanese language. I was surprised to hear that they have been studying Japanese for only five months. They was able to understand our Japanese and use it. I was ashamed to say that I've been studying English about seven years. It's much more difficult to speak English than to read and write. Japanese government took listening test in the Center exam, but I think it's not enough to improve our genuine English skill. I wanted to study speaking English much earlier.
I was pleased that they are interested in my country. I didn't like Japan very much before I came here, but now I love Japan. It is true that there is not so much nature in Japan, but when it comes to food and service, nothing is better than Japan I think. Today I felt not only other culture but also our own culture throw other filter. It was good opportunity for me.

Sydney Tower

Today we went to sydney Tower. Because it was sunny and not so cold, we could enjoy very nice view of sydney. Tomorrow we are going to sydney hurber and to have crusing. It would be much better for us if it is sunny and warm. I wish I could have came here in Summer here. I envy the management students who are coming here during winter holiday. I just pray that it would be nice weather tomorrow(-_-;)

Prices of Australia

After lesson we talked a lot about our presentation. Because we have activites tomorrow and day after tomorrow, we had to carry on it today. I want people who made our time table to care about this stuffed time schedule. Otherwise I cannot have enough time to talk with my hostfamily. After I finish dinner I just go to my room and do assighnment shut myself in the room. It is not good.
While we had meeting in the afternoon, one Japanese student studies at Macquarie speaked to us. He just came back from Japan to Australia. we said to him that prices of Australia is expensive. He tought us that because Australian make much money, prices here also rise up. I was so suprised to hear that the average of part time job a hour is at least $15 here. Japan is at most about 1000 yen I think. I didnt know here is hard to live. I wish I could make much more money in Japan.

On the grass

Today we studied a lot about presentation skill. It ranged from the way to determine our target to how tospeak in public. It was a kind of difficult to determine the specific target.
After the lesson we had lunch and did assignment on the grass. it was cold outside and even inside. I thought sunshine of Australia contains a lot of heavy ultraviolet rays at first, but I couldnt help to getting it. Sunshine made me warm. We managed to finish the assignment and went to Macquarie center to reflesh. We have to submit marketing poster by this wednesday and draft by this Fryday, so we must make a time and do them quickly.
Where is our free time?

Weekend

I was finally be able to access here at my house, and I am trying to write something down. Today I went to Luna Park with my hostfamily. It is a kind of an amusemest park. I rode roller coasters and Ferries wheel and so on. It was very cold but interesting. Spending all day time with hostfamily was good training of English for me.
Tomorrow our class will start again. We have to submit draft by this Friday, so we wold be busy. I wish we could have much more free time.

We had a placement test at the Macquarie uni in the morning and be devided into two groups. in the afternoon we had an orientation about the uni.
